All quotes and estimates provided by TF Construction are valid for a limited time and are subject to change based on project scope, site conditions, and material availability. Final costs will be confirmed in a signed agreement prior to work starting.

 

Payments

• Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

• Accepted forms of payment will be specified in the contract.

• Late payments may result in additional fees.

 

Warranties & Liability

• TF Construction stands behind the quality of our work and will address any issues as outlined in the client agreement.

• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made by others after project completion.

• Our liability is limited to the scope of the contract and the total amount paid for services.

 

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project in writing prior to the start date. Cancellation fees may apply depending on materials ordered or work already performed.
